My Zen Place — Community Creation Challenge (Official Rules)

Promotion name: My Zen Place — Community Creation Challenge (“Promotion”)
Platform: Facebook Event + Facebook comments (“Platform”)

1) No affiliation with Meta/Facebook

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta/Facebook. By participating, you release Meta/Facebook from any liability related to this Promotion. Information provided by you is provided to the Organizer, not to Meta/Facebook.

2) Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees/contractors of the Organizer (and their immediate family/household members) are not eligible.

3) Promotion period

Start: 05.01.2026, 00:00 (GMT)

End: 25.01.2026, 00:00 (GMT)
Entries submitted after the end time will not be considered.

4) How to enter (no purchase requirement stated by Organizer)

To enter:

• Join the official Facebook Event: https://fb.me/e/3v2qqcLoU
• Comment on the Organizer’s pinned Event post with:
  • One (1) screenshot of your creation made in My Zen Place, and
  • A short title for your creation (optional: one-sentence vibe/story)

Limit: One (1) entry per person.
Cost: No entry fee is charged by the Organizer. (Internet access/device/app access may be required.)

5) Entry requirements (content rules)

Your entry must:

• Be your own original creation made inside My Zen Place
• Be safe and respectful (no hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content)
• Not include third-party copyrighted material or trademarks in a way that infringes rights
• Not contain personal data you don’t want public (example: real address, phone number)

The Organizer may remove or disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or the Platform’s rules.

6) Prize

One (1) Winner will receive:

• Featured art in the next game update of My Zen Place (format determined by Organizer), and
• Credit in the game (winner name/handle as provided, subject to reasonable formatting limits)

No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.
Important note: Inclusion in the “next update” depends on the game’s update schedule, platform review timelines, and technical constraints. If an entry cannot be used exactly as submitted, Organizer may adapt it (see Section 8) while preserving the spirit of the winning creation.

7) Winner selection (skill-based)

This is a skill-based contest. The winner will be selected by the Organizer based on:

• Composition / overall aesthetic
• Creativity / originality
• Detail and “zen vibe”/cohesion

The judging decision is final.

8) Rights you grant (UGC permission)

By submitting an entry, you grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Repost or share your screenshot on the Organizer’s social channels and website
• Display your entry inside the game if you win (or for Promotion highlights)
• Crop, resize, compress, add overlays (e.g., logo), and otherwise make minor edits needed for formatting and presentation

You keep ownership of your content. This license is granted for purposes related to the Promotion and My Zen Place marketing/community features.

9) Credits / winner name

If you win, you agree that the Organizer may display your chosen name/handle in credits and related posts. You are responsible for providing the exact spelling/format you want credited (within reasonable limits: no profanity, hate speech, or impersonation).

10) Notification and verification

The Organizer will announce the winner in the Event and/or on the Organizer’s Facebook Page on 2nd of February 2026.

The Organizer may contact the potential winner via Facebook comment reply or direct message. If the winner does not respond within [48/72] hours, the Organizer may select an alternate winner.

The Organizer may request reasonable verification to confirm eligibility and authorship (for example: additional screenshot angle, in-game proof, or confirmation message). Do not post receipts publicly.

11) Privacy

Entries are posted publicly on Facebook (depending on Event settings). Do not submit personal information you don’t want public.

If you contact the Organizer directly, the Organizer will use your information only to administer the Promotion (e.g., confirming winner credit name) and will not sell your data.

12) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, corrupted, misdirected entries
• Platform outages, device issues, or connectivity problems
• Any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize, except where prohibited by law

13) Changes or cancellation

If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical issues, fraud, or any cause beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in a fair manner consistent with these Rules.

14) Governing law

These Rules are governed by the laws of Romania, unless local mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
